On November 8, 2016, LA’s voters approved Measure JJJ, from which the City created the Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Affordable Housing Incentive Program (TOC Program).
The TOC Program provides tremendous incentives for housing developments located within one-half mile radius of a Major Transit Stop.
